May 2014 Newsletter


As we approach Memorial Day 2014, our thoughts turn to the men and women who have died serving our country in uniform. On a day that we fly the flag of the U.S. at half mast, we take time to recognize their sacrifice in the name of freedom.

At QTS we are proud to serve our U.S. Veterans. We are also proud to have many veterans on our team. To our team members, our many passengers, and all Veterans – thank you.

Memorial Day is also the traditional start of Summer. But of course, here in Arizona, summer is already here. We have the AC cranked up, new insulation on our vehicles, and the newest fleet in the Valley. All to provide a comfortable ride this summer.

Freedom is Not Free

These heroes are dead.

They died for liberty – they died for us.

They are at rest.

They sleep in the land they made free, under the flag they rendered stainless, under the solemn pines, the sad hemlocks, the tearful willows, and the embracing vines.

They sleep beneath the shadows of the clouds, careless alike of sunshine or of storm, each in the windowless Place of Rest.

Earth may run red with other wars – they are at peace.

In the midst of battle, in the roar of conflict, they found the serenity of death.

I have one sentiment for soldiers living and dead: cheers for the living; tears for the dead.

Today we transported Mrs. A – and she called in to let management know how wonderful both drivers were (Wyatt and Chase). “They were both prompt, courteous, and helpful. I passed your number on to […] and if I have the need for this kind of service in the future, I will definitely call you guys!”

Mrs. W called to let us know that they truly enjoyed their transport with Bill P. today. She said that Bill was the nicest gentleman and they sincerely enjoyed his company, as well as hospitality.
Per T at […], Mr. H was very stressed and anxious about his transport. She said Randy W was fantastic…as he was able to put him at ease by simply taking the time to talk him through each step and reassure him along the way. Needless to say T was very impressed and really appreciated his professionalism and compassion.

We transported Mrs. U from […] to her home on Monday, She called in yesterday to let us know how pleased she was with our service, especially the driver, Jacobe. She said he was a great guy, and handled her mother with care. She scheduled transport for .., and said she will definitely continue using our service.

We transported Mrs. S on Tuesday and her husband called to say, “Camille was very nice, and Travis was great! He showed up early, so my wife and I were pleased with that. We will definitely be using your company for any future transports.”
